Shedd Aquarium Group Reservation Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Shedd Aquarium! We are excited to welcome your group for an upcoming visit and look forward to your request.

Please review the pre-qualifications and group requirements below before continuing with this form to submit your request to visit Shedd Aquarium.
- Your request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the expected visit date.
- To be considered for a group visit, there must be at least 15 visitors or more who are part of your group.
  - Please note that infants (ages 0-2) are free to visit Shedd Aquarium with your group, but do not qualify forwards the 15 visitor count.
- Requested dates and times are subject to availability based on when your request is submitted.
- Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive an official confirmation email with a confirmed date of visit from Shedd Aquarium and an order number.
- All guests are expected and required to adhere to Shedd Aquarium visitation policies, including following the code of conduct and reviewing the list of prohibited items prior to visiting. Please visit our General Policies page for additional information.

The entry time selected in your visit date below is reflected in your local time zone. Once processed, it will reflect Chicago/Central time on your confirmation email. Please plan accordingly.
All groups are required to have a minimum 1:10 adult to child ratio to visit Shedd Aquarium if children will be included in your request. We require one chaperone* for every 10 students, although one for every five is recommended. Please note: There is an individual fee if your chaperones exceed a 1:5 ratio.
